Easy Parking

If you’re arriving by car you are well catered for! With 700 spaces, Market Place car park provides fast and easy access to the centre in a secure and safe environment. The car park is open from 7am to 7pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 5.30pm on Sundays.

Accessible Shopping

We provide specific parking spaces close to centre entrances for disabled shoppers and our multi-level car park offers convenient undercover facilities. All of our public toilets are accessible to disabled customers. A free wheelchair service is available from the Customer Service desk.

Our friendly Customer Service team are at your service to ensure you enjoy your visit to Market Place. The team will help you to locate stores and services, lost children or lost property and any other enquiries you may have. You can find our Customer Service team located adjacent to the main Corporation Street entrance.

Child Friendly

Market Place is the perfect place to shop with your little ones and with two brand new high speed lifts, navigation around the centre is easy. There are also brand new baby changing and parents rooms located next to the toilets near Starbucks on the Upper Ground Floor.

Market Place Little Rascals kids club is a first to know club. Register your child as a Little Rascal, we will let your little ones know what exciting entertainment is on and when there are any special offers on in the shopping centre that are just for them!
